INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
Stage 1: FINALISATION OF DESIGN SCHEME WITH 3D VIEWS
Part A
1. Interaction with the client to understand the design program, structure and space allocation.
2. Detailed survey of site, preliminary design layouts (minimum 2 options), and preliminary costing for the job on contractor’s estimate basis.
Part B
1. Structural, architectural and survey drawings of the proposed building premises along with the information of available services and utilities shall be furnished by the Client as necessary to co-ordinate any proposed civil work alterations.
2. The Client shall provide information and assistance as required by the Interior designer and their team of professionals for rendering the services under this agreement.
3. Preparation of detailed design drawings incorporating material specifications, finishing details finalized in consultation with the Client, followed by the preparation of detailed estimates/quotes from various contractors as per job requirements.

Our architectural design services begin with a site visit. We review the shape of the site, view lines, sun direction, prevailing wind direction, vehicle access and services locations. Requirements for your project are discussed in detail, along with potential design options. This is an important part of the design process for both you and us, it allows us to visualise your dream alongside you, and access the practicalities to make it happen.
